Horse Racing Betting Guidelines at Regal

General Regulations:

Once bets/wagers are confirmed, they are non-changeable, non-cancelable, and non-modifiable.
Bets/Wagers placed after the official posted time will be deemed void and will have No Action.
All wagers are made based on the saddlecloth/gate or program number, not on the horse’s name. In case of a mismatch between the horse’s name and the saddlecloth/gate number, only the number will have action.
Regal provides live post times on all horse wagers. Wagers entered after the actual post time will be graded as No Action.
Regal is not accountable for any bets/wagers that fail to be placed for any reason.
If a wager exceeds our posted limits, only the portion up to the posted limit will have action; the remainder will have no action.
Wagering disputes will be settled according to industry standards and guidelines.
Regal reserves the right to limit and/or refuse wagers.
Regal accepts wagers on all major thoroughbred and harness racetracks.
Exotic wagers will only have action if the track offers payouts for that type of wager, and Regal’s maximum payouts apply.
If a track is on our betting menu but not listed on the Horse Track Categories, the Maximum Net Profits default to $1,000.
Any attempt to engage in negative pool hedges will lead to account suspension and loss of wagered funds.
Accounts found manipulating track pools will have their entire account balance confiscated, including deposits and wager winnings, and will be permanently suspended.
A race must have at least 5 running horses for matchup wagers to have action.
For all fixed odds horse racing markets, wagers will be all action, with no refunds.
The maximum amount any given player can win in a 24-hour period is $50,000.
Maximum payouts for American fixed odds wagering are $15,000, and for international fixed odds, it is $2,000 per customer per race. Any account found manipulating fixed odds will have all fixed odds winnings confiscated, and the account will be suspended.
Scratched Horse Regulations:

Win/Place/Show: Regal will issue a refund for all parts of your wager involving a scratched horse.
Exacta/Trifecta: Combo bets with a scratched horse will have the scratched portion refunded. (Note: Rules may vary for wagers on entries; refer to entry rules for details).
Daily Doubles: If a horse is scratched before the second leg, a consolation will be paid on that combo as per track payouts.
Pick 3’s, Pick 4’s, and Pick 6’s: If a horse is scratched in any leg, you will receive the track favorite or any official consolation payoffs.
Entry Rules:

Wagers on a horse coupled with one or more horses include all horses under the said number. If one entry is scratched but another runs, the wager has action. Regal does not accept “must go” wagers; as long as one coupled horse runs, all entry wagers have action.
Miscellaneous Rules:

All horse racing futures and proposition wagers on the Triple Crown, Breeders Cup, and fixed odds are considered action, with no refunds.
Non U.S Horse Futures are considered action, whether in run or not.
For head-to-head matchups between horses, both listed horses must run for action. Dead Heat Rules apply in case of a tie.
Multi-horse matchup wagers require all horses to run for action. Dead Heat Rules apply.
All Daily Double, Pick 3’s, Pick 4’s, and Pick 6’s wager payouts count towards the last race in the wager when calculating the maximum amount paid out per race.
Regal Online Wager Limits:
Minimum: $1.00
Maximum: $10,000.00

Categories A-C Tracks: Maximum payout limits per race are determined according to track ratings.
